XC2C64A:
a). Xilinx core module has a standard DIP40 package, 40 pin, 2.54mm pin spacing, column spacing of 15.4mm.
a). Module Board Size: 6.3CM * 1.8CM, 20 and 21 feet respectively, VCC and GND.
a). This module can be easily applied and combined wit your own system desgins like the target board.
a). LP2985 1.8V LDO, . IO are all leads, including crystal when not in use, you can also change the jumper.
a). Resistance leads to IO, , exclusion can also be removed completely from the methods and systems.
a). Input Voltage:2.5 ~3.3V voltage, core voltage of 1.8V is generated by the onboard LDO.
a). Due to the design considerations, the circuit board itself can support the maximum XC2C64A the CPLD. Change the jumper resistance and support after removal of part of the original XC9536(XL) and XC9572 (XL).
a). With 6PIN JTAG interface.
