How to use R-SIM3 Ultra S:
1,Assemble the R-SIM on the Card Frame, then the iPhone SIM card on top. 
Put them in the iPhone => Turn on iPhone => Settings => Phone => SIM Applications. 
Then you will see the message below.
2,If your phone service provider is AT&T, then you choose USA AT&T).
 If you can’t find your operator , you can take your original operator SIM card , with the R-SIM3 card insert , click on " GetCarrierCode " , then , shutdown or restart , insert your SIM card , can be unlocked.
